What is the ip address to takes you to the Linksys router setup screen?|||Concurs with all answers (that’s default) – however if also can be configured to use any other address starting from:192, 10 or 172.





Should 192.168.1.1 don’t work:





1.Go to prompt command: “START” %26gt;%26gt; “RUN” %26gt;%26gt; type “CMD”


2.In new black window type: ipconfig /all


3.Address listed as Default Gatway is your routers private IP

Default credentials for authentication are: username: blank password: “admin”, depending however on ISP you are using could be anything else (typical: credentials given by ISP used for connecting to Internet)|||try 192.168.1.1 thats for my linksys





or try 192.168.0.1, just in case but thats for my dlink|||192.168.1.1|||192.168.1.1

JT|||if you got ms dos and type ipconfig /all the defalt gateway is your routers address it will begin with 192.168.*.*, could be 0 or 1|||The default IP address should be 192.168.1.1. Use that, unless you (or someone else) changed the address. If so, then use the new address that was assigned.
