Linksys Router?

i just bought a Wireless G Broadband Router to play my xbox 360 on....i just wanted to download some stuff off of the internet. Well everytime i go through the setup wizard it will go to step 8, check my computer settings, then freeze my computer, and i have to restart my computer everytime. I dont know what to do. please help.|||If you only have 1 device connecting to the internet (your xbox), why the router?





A router is normally used to connect multiple devices in your home (or business) to 1 (typically) internet connection.





Can't you simply plug your xbox into the cable/dsl modem?|||Not sure exactly what you are having a problem with, x-box set up or computer network setup. Will try to provide some links to help:
