Can you use an apple airport express to strengthen the signal of a linksys router?

I have a linksys router that barely doesn't reach my room with it's signal. Can I use an apple airport express to strengthen the signal. BTW the signal does reach my room but its really slow.|||Yes, install the Airport closer to your room. It will boost the signal.
