Have network of Vista Business PC's connected thru linksys router plus an HP P2035n network printer. The printer keeps dropping off the network for no known reason and has to be reinstalled. Entire network is on a UPC, so power is not an issue.|||You may have the DHCP reservation timeout set too low. Try changing it to be weeks or months instead of hours or days.|||I strongly recommend that the HP P2035N be set up with a static LAN IP address that is not in the DHCP pool. Connect all pcs to it by defining the static IP address in the confituration. I do not recommend you use a dynamic LAN IP address for the printer.
My guess is that you are reassigning the dynamic LAN IP address for printer resulting is failure to connect.
