Linksys Router?

I have a Linksys Router it is connected to my computer and a laptop. It keeps disconnecting the laptop connection. When i go into Linksys Connections it says nothings wrong.

Does it go off of satillite? Bad Satillite Connection?

Or maybe its just a busy time of day?|||Happens to my computer when i put it into standby/hibernate. Just disable the wireless card and re enable it. This should reset your card to reconnect to the network.|||No, it doesn't go off any satellite. It simply sends the signal from the antenna on the router to your wireless card on the laptop. Perhaps the connection is poor. If you are too far away from the router, the signal will be weak. Also, certain types of walls will make the connection weak or disconnect it. Try moving the router to a different location and see if it helps. Good luck!|||I know that alot of ppl have connection probs with wireless network because of the cordless phones they have . The 2.4 ghz cordless creates interference and causes all kinds of problems, stepping up to the newer 5.8 ghz phones help it helped me might help u too. Also ur laptop might be too far away from base and that could be it . Check out the 5.8 bet it helps|||Is the router connected directly to the computer by a cable? If so, then the laptop probably needs a USB adapter to receive the signal from the router. Call this number 1-800-326-7114 and work your way through the options to reach a wireless internet technician. I have all Linksys equipment and those folks are really good about helping you get it set up right.
